The Saudi Business Council (SBC) is an independent, non-profit, private-sector association registered in Spain. Our primary mission is to support Saudi businesses and Vision 2030 in their engagement with European and global markets.
SBC does not replace any Saudi government entity or chamber of commerce; it complements their work from outside the Kingdom.

For Saudi Companies & Institutions
Membership for Saudi entities (companies, institutions and selected individuals) is:
• Free of charge - SBC does not charge Saudi members a membership fee.
• By invitation or approval - to ensure that the Council remains focused on serious, long-term partners aligned with Vision 2030.
Saudi members can:
• Receive information about SBC activities,
• Participate in selected dialogues, delegations and programmes,
• Be considered as potential counterparts for vetted international partners.

For International Companies & Investors
For non-Saudi companies and investors interested in developing a structured strategy for Saudi Arabia, SBC works with GLTRCORE through an International Partner Program. This is not an SBC membership fee; it is a professional support programme administered by GLTRCORE.
For an annual fee, via GLTRCORE provides:
• Review and positioning of your Saudi-Ready Dossier within the relevant Council of 5 alliance;
• Up to two curated strategy calls per year with SBC/GLTRCORE to refine your Saudi positioning, understand Vision 2030 priorities and identify potential directions (e.g. sectors, types of partners);
• Priority consideration, where appropriate, for inclusion in small briefings or closed-door sessions organised by SBC.

This programme:
• Does not guarantee introductions, approvals, access to any authority, or funding;
• Is designed solely to professionalise and structure your approach to the Saudi market in line with Saudi law and institutional frameworks.
