SBC Cannot
The Saudi Business Council does not:

  • Act as a consultancy, commercial broker, or business agent
  • Guarantee commercial contracts, investment opportunities, procurement, or funding
  • Issue licences, permits, visas, or regulatory approvals
  • Provide legal, tax, accounting, immigration, or financial advice
  • Represent governmental authorities or public institutions unless expressly authorized in writing for a specific purpose
  • Influence or replace governmental decision-making processes

Companies remain responsible for obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals and complying with the laws and procedures applicable within the jurisdictions in which they operate.
